This Dual Action Cleaning Pen is a two-step process designed to remove adhesive build up then clean ink, dirt and contaminants from thermal print heads.  Step 1 removes adhesive build up from thermal print heads while Step 2 cleans the print head to maintain a crisp, legible image. Use this reusable product before every media change or when visible print imperfections occur.  Up to 10-12 cleanings!
