Same Day Shipping
All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship that same day. Orders ordered after 3:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day - this includes Next Day & 2nd Day Orders.

We have a low STANDARD shipping fees starting under $5.00 and all other services are calculated by weight and destination zip code.
Costs for orders shipped to AK, AS, GU, HI, PR, VI, APO, AE, AA, FPO
First Class or Priority shipping rates based on weight and destination zip code.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for your order vary depending on your selected shipping method. Generally, most orders will arrive within the time-frame below:
Next Day: 1 Business Day
Second Day: 1-2 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Standard/Ground Shipping: 3 to 6 Business Days
Canadian Shipments
IMPORTANT NOTE: Duties and Taxes are NOT included in delivery cost and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery. By placing your order you agree to these terms, duties not paid will be billed to the credit card used for purchase along with a 8% service fee. Refused shipments will be refunded less actual delivery costs, which may include return shipping.

We have PRIORITY AIR (2-4 Business Days) shipping calculated by weight and postal code.
Please Note: We ship Standard Ground orders to Canada via the US Postal Service and delivery can take 1-3 weeks. Standard Heavy Items will ship UPS or FedEx Ground. Priority shipments are sent via UPS Expedited or FedEx International Priority Air Service which includes Brokerage Fees and has a 1-3 day delivery time to most locations in Canada, additional time may be required on remote locations.
Heavy Items: Canadian Orders may require additional shipping depending on weight and ship-to location, in those cases, the customer will be contacted by email before shipping - this is typical with large label printers. If the additional shipping is not authorized - the order will be cancelled.
Customer is responsible for HST (GST) or other fees.
Cancelled Orders: If your order has shipped and is refused or cancelled, the customer is responsible for return postage charged by UPS or the Postal Service, depending on how the item was shipped. Orders will be shipped UPS if requested and fees will be billed to the receiver - also, we can ship on 3rd party UPS or FedEx accounts when requested. You can request this when checking out by entering the account number and the service level desired in the comment section of your order. You will receive a refund for the shipping paid less a $5 handling fee. Orders shipped on 3rd party accounts may ship the next business day.

Backorders
We strive to have all items in stock. However, there may be times when an item you ordered is on backorder and in this unusual event you will be notified ASAP.
If your order does contain a backordered item, we will not ship your order until all items are in stock. Unless notified separately, most backordered items are expected in stock within a few business days.
Package Tracking Numbers / Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification via email that evening. This notice will include the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package and a link directing you to the carrier's website. Please allow up to one (1) business day for your tracking number to be uploaded into the carrier’s system.
Items are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. PtouchDirect has no control over shipments once they are accepted by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your convenience. Once an order has shipped the ship-to address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping costs will need to be re-paid before it can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 48 hours. In some cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival - especially with the USPS.
- If the order shipped by USPS please contact them at 1-800-222-1811 or reach out to your local office with the provided tracking number.
- FedEx or UPS Shipments - Contact us and we can start a trace on the package.
PtouchDirect is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order. If you're concerned about a package being left by the carrier, please request signature confirmation in the comment section while checking out.
