We just created a new category called Open But New.  

These are all new products that have been opened so we cannot sell them as a new retail product. There are a few reasons products get opened which includes, tapes not fitting in a customer's printer, the retail packaging was damaged during shipping or the label printer wasn’t what they expected. In these cases, products opened or missing retail packaging are inspected/tested to ensure products are in re-sellable and new condition.

We created this section because we weren't sure what to do with products that fell into this category. We can't return them, we can't sell them as new and we can't send them to the island of misfit toys - they're actually new products. AND, we thought it was a great way to offer even more savings to our customers. When ordering, please check stock levels - these go quickly.
