I cannot believe it is time for the last blog of 2019. A new decade is on the horizon and I couldn't think of a better way to leave this year than a spot light on the most popular tapes, printers, and drawings of the year! It's been very busy here at Ptouchdirect.com with new product lines, new tape colors (and textures), unique printer bundles, and of course fulfilling all of those creative drawing requests. I have compiled all of my favorite moments of the year into one blog for a quick recap!

I'm sure it comes as no surprise that the TZe231 and the TZe231-2PK by Brother were the most popular 1/2" black on white laminated label! In fact together these two products were searched over 30,000 times! 
Next up on the 2019 hot list is the TZe251, a classic 1" black on white label that can be used almost anywhere. But I don't need to tell you that, the high demand proves it! Of course the TZe221 , TZe241 , and TZe211 were all apart of the top 5. 

Anything other than black on white Ptouch labels you ask? Of course! The TZe131 and TZe131-2PK were very popular this year! The classic black on clear labels really captured your attention! Of course lets not forget about the TZe335 a classic white on black label and the bright TZe631 all made the impressive top 10 list. 

The most popular DK paper label was the classic paper address labels - the DK1201 as pictured below. 

For the older machines (but still just as useful) the most popular item was easily the TC20 - it just goes to show a black on white label never goes out of style! 

The most popular label maker was almost a tie between two, but the PTE500 did steal the spotlight in the end. Pictured below was the most popular industrial grade label maker out there! 

The extremely close second place contestant was the PTP700 PC connectable label maker. With a 5/5 star review, whats not to love? 

In the end it was truly the year of compatible labels. With popularity increasing daily, the LMe tapes really made a name for themselves this year! The most popular compatible labels were the LMe231-6PK, LMe241-box6, and the LMeB31 by far. 

As most of you know, when ordering with us you have the option to have "package art" added to your box/envelope of your choosing. Some get creative and some keep it simple - but all requests get fulfilled. This year we had requests for people like Donald Trump, Rocky, Michael Lindell, Bob Ross, and the Game of Thrones cast. We had requests for animals like dogs, cats, hippos, giraffes, and LOTS of purple dragons being ridden. Some wanted scene's of Octoberfest, a man feeding the birds, or people lost in the desert. A few asked for a joke or something funny and some even asked me to draw the office or things that make ME happy! No matter how bizarre or how silly - each and every drawing request was fulfilled. Here are a few drawings that made us smile this year.
